Established in 1977 when Larry Bickford sold his first property, the business has led to years of success in Fort Dodge, Iowa, hometown to many of our agents. Our office operates with four brokers, led by Brooke Bickford, who has been selling Real Estate in the state of Iowa since 2003. She moved intot he ownership role in 2010 and has been a force in Fort Dodge Real Estate for decades. Broker Brittnee Harris began her career with Bickford in 2011 and moved into the role of co-owner after 13 years as a local marketing and sales leader. Broker Sarah Kennebeck joined the team in 2024 and brings years of experience with her that spans Iowa and Texas Real Estate. Carlie Messerly started as a Real Estate professional with Bickford Realty in 2022 and has been a market leader since day one and Diane Bickford has held the team together since 1991 as top Realtor and marketing manager as well as mentor for the newest crew.
